True fit problems.

The lock off on the left side is VERY hard to close. So i called TF customer service. She thought I was telling her the seat belt was in the way, not what I meant at all. She then told me the seat would not fit my car and to get a different seat. I finally got her to understand the lock off itself seems like it is not big enough for the seat belts together. I also told her about the stitching coming undone on the crotch hole. They are sending me a brand new seat!! I am very happy with their service!

Glad to hear you had such good customer service.

A couple suggestions for getting the lock-off shut:

- Leave a tiny bit of slack in the belt so that the belts can be pushed down when you close the lock-off. Provided it's just a tiny amount, the seat will tighten right up when the lock-off closes.

- Press straight down on the lock-off bar with one hand and put your whole weight into it, then use the other hand to rotate the red arm.

- Have a look at your vehicle seatbelt - sometimes the seatbelt has a little plastic "button" on it that is meant to stop the latch plate from sliding to the floor - it's a convenience thing to make it easier to get the seatbelt and buckle it. If that plastic button is landing in the lock-off, you can take something smooth and flat like a credit card and pry it off. :)
